Kaye is the company’s chief revenue officer.  In this capacity, Kaye directs the company’s go-to-market strategy, and oversees execution, providing leadership to the company’s global Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations teams.

A veteran in both enterprise sales and legaltech, Kaye joined Wilson Allen from Thomson Reuters where she headed up sales and client management in the Global Large Law business unit.  Prior to that, Kaye held senior leadership roles at Intapp, Peppermint Technology, and Tikit, after successfully founding and then selling enterprise software company, Keystone Solutions PLC.

Kaye is the principal of strategic consultancy, Saliant Ltd, and works as a member of the Wilson Allen executive leadership team on a fractional basis.
