Judy applies nearly 30 years’ legal industry experience to her role at Wilson Allen. She joins the company from Capensys, where she served as director of product and user support. At Wilson Allen, Judy is responsible for timely delivery of training courseware, applications, and services while ensuring learning objectives have been met. Her areas of expertise include planning, coordinating, and implementing multiple projects simultaneously, effectively communicating with cross functional teams, and adhering to quality standards.

Previously, Judy served as the manager of system services and user support at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. She oversaw help desk support, training/courseware, hardware support, and hardware and software roll outs. She was an early adopter of e-learning and introduced core skill requirements and assessment programs for secretaries to define training programs and foster productivity.
