Presented by iKaun and Wilson Allen

The professional services industry is more competitive today than it ever has been. Defining and pressing a firm’s competitive advantage is about more than simply acquiring and implementing technology. It is essential that firms are able to unlock the power of their data, knowledge and experience.

Firms are also thinking much more about how they measure success with rising emphasis on value-based metrics rather than the traditional time and materials, performance-based data points. It is increasingly important to understand the value that your clients derive from your knowledge and to do that successfully, firms must have robust experience management strategies in place.

Request this webinar to hear this fascinating  discussion on some of the challenges that firms have when it comes to harnessing the power of their expertise and knowledge and using that data to identify and exploit business development opportunities.
