Jennifer Hallett, of Seattle Wa., has joined Wilson Allen as a senior director. Hallett is a certified project management professional with nearly 25 years experience. She advanced through a series of positions with Thomson Reuters Elite over a period of 17 years culminating in a position of responsibility for multimillion dollar software deployments across domestic and international professional services organizations. She brings extensive experience working with professional services software applications, database architectures, user processes, and business operations workflows to her new post. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Western Washington University.

Bo Yancey, of Charlottesville, Va., has joined Wilson Allen as a senior business of law consultant. In his new position, Yancey is responsible for the successful end-user deployment of business intelligence with a focus on configuration and assessment of solutions to evaluate client profitability, partner compensation, and department and practice group analysis. Previously, Yancey worked with LexisNexis and Redwood Analytics as director of professional services, director of business of law services, and a senior consultant. In those roles, he led a team that provided implementation services, custom services, training, and strategic consulting to over 160 law firms in the US, UK, and Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
