Shetty to oversee Wilson Allen’s day-to-day business operations and help ensure the company delivers on its internal goal of improved financial and operational efficiency

NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. (July 1, 2020) – Wilson Allen, provider of software, services, and expertise that help law firms and professional services organizations enhance business performance, today announced that Shishir Shetty has been promoted from VP of technology services to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1, 2020. In this capacity, Shetty will oversee Wilson Allen’s day-to-day business operations and help ensure the company delivers on its internal goal of improved financial and operational efficiency. His current responsibilities are being distributed to other members of the firm who are taking on new roles for the business.

Wilson Allen has grown significantly since its founding in 2009. The company has dramatically expanded its breadth of offerings and reach across regions and lines of business. The result is a team of professionals and a full range of solutions that help clients make better use of technology to enhance business performance. Now that the people are in place to help the company achieve its business objectives, Wilson Allen is putting the structure in place to enable further growth.

Shetty joined the company in 2012 as senior director of 3E client services with responsibility for the company’s technical and application specialists. In this role, he was instrumental in establishing Wilson Allen’s partnership with Intapp. In 2016, Shetty was promoted to VP of technology services with responsibility for professional and technical consulting services as well as the development of the best-in-class Wilson Proforma Tracker digital billing software. Prior to joining Wilson Allen, he was manager of technical services at Thomson Reuters Elite.

Shetty has a Master of Science degree in information systems from Drexel University and a certificate in finance and accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is based in Wilson Allen’s office in Celebration, Florida.
