Suki Sahansara is responsible for leading Wilson Allen’s global Customer Success initiative. This role was created following the extensive growth of Wilson’s EMEA business. In this capacity, Suki helps to ensure the continued delivery of value to our clients and guides firms in the adoption of strategies to achieve their strategic business goals across the entire client life cycle. She also directs Wilson Allen’s product support team, which provides services to clients under subscription, support, or maintenance agreements.
Suki joined Wilson as director of EMEA operations and staff from Wilson Allen’ office in central London, responsible for building the Wilson brand in the region. She offers domain experience honed during her more than 25-year tenure with leading software vendors, including Thomson Reuters Elite and Aderant. In this role, Suki oversaw the delivery of professional services within EMEA and supported business development efforts for the company’s consulting and business of law services, as well as the Wilson product suite.
During her career, Suki has managed teams of up to 35 consultants and has overseen new implementations, mergers, and upgrades. She also successfully developed services models that enabled successful delivery of on-time, within-budget implementations. Early in her career, Suki worked with Miles 33, first as an implementation consultant and then as a client services and support manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the university of East London.
