Paul Rayment serves as Wilson Allen’s director of professional services, EMEA. In this capacity, Paul is responsible for sustaining the delivery of exceptional project services for clients. He also focuses on enhancing the company’s project management office by developing the company’s project management methodology, establishing standardized processes and documentation, and aligning Wilson Allen’s services capacity and offerings across multiple product lines.
Paul joined Wilson in 2015 as a senior project manager for the full project life cycle of software implementations with a particular emphasis on 3E. Paul joined the company from Aderant where he worked as a software implementation project manager that focused on the delivery of net new and upgrade implementation projects of Aderant Expert.
Paul’s career in the IT arena began as an application engineer and consultant focusing on AutoCAD implementation, training, and support. This led to consultancy on—and project management of—enterprise wide document management and facilities management software projects.
He holds an MBA in project management from Anglia Ruskin University. He is a PRINCE2-certified project manager and has completed 3E technical implementation certification training.
