Michael Warren is VP of our CRM & Martech practice group.

In his role at Wilson Allen, Michael leads the specialist teams that help firms to define critical success factors for their business development and marketing technologies, assist with the selection and implementation of those applications, define and implement business practices to drive success.

Michael has dedicated his career to helping professional services firms successfully implement CRM and marketing technologies (martech). Michael is a co-founder of Stanton Allen, a specialist consultancy which merged with Wilson Legal Solutions in 2018 to form Wilson Allen. Previously, Michael worked with LexisNexis focusing on InterAction projects, and with Tikit in data services.

As technology quickly advances and there is an increasing amount of choice in the business development marketplace, it has become more critical for firms to identify the critical success factors for their business development technology and then to implement simple, practical and realistic measures to achieve them. Michael specializes in helping professional services firms to do just that by using his extensive knowledge and experience of the technology in the market to create a detailed roadmap and information management plan for success.
