Jessica Quesada is Vice President of our Strategic Accounts group. In this role, Jessica is responsible for managing the overall relationships with key customers, and engaging directly with them to identify how Wilson Allen’s expertise and services can best support their business initiatives.
Jessica has more than 20 years of experience in providing tech-enabled consulting services to law firms, with a deep specialization in financial management systems. Previously, Jessica served as an account manager for Data Fusion Technologies. In this role, she developed and managed client relationships across the U.S. and Canada and established and led the firm’s marketing efforts, including its annual training conference. She was the company’s top salesperson and also oversaw marketing efforts.
Prior to Data Fusion, Jessica acted in a client relations capacity at Williams Automated Management Services, Inc., a provider of computer consulting and support services to law firms and other businesses. Jessica automated the company’s service requests programs and built its client relationship programs, and was also responsible for marketing. Prior to her entry in the legal industry, Jessica worked for an auto group and managed all of the customer relations programs, quality control programs, and dealer/manufacturer relationships.
