Bruce has a long track record of success in the legal tech sector – both as an entrepreneur, and as a legaltech expert.
In 1987, Bruce founded Wilson Technology, a custom legal software provider. Wilson Technology was named to the Deloitte & Touche Fast50 list five out of six consecutive years for being one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the Delaware Valley. In 2005, Wilson Technology was acquired by Thomson Elite, where Bruce headed up the newly created Business Intelligence segment.
In 2009, Bruce responded to a call from the market and founded Wilson Legal Solutions, which was initially focused on providing high-calibre project teams to drive successful implementations of next-generation finance systems. In the years since then, Bruce has guided the growth of the business, charting a course through three acquisitions, and expanding the company into a full-service technology consultancy providing specialist expertise in finance systems, CRM, risk & intake, advanced data analytics, and training & adoption.
Following the merger of Wilson Allen with LAC Group, Bruce is taking up the role of Chairman of the merged company. In his own words, Bruce says:
“This is the right time to transition to the next chapter in our company’s story. In my new role as Chairman, I will continue to be part of what is now an even more experienced leadership team, fulfilling strategic guidance responsibilities and continuing to nurture the client relationships that I have built during my tenure. I am tremendously excited to be a part of this next stage of our growth.”
