The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for delivering content and communicating Wilson Allen’s value proposition to all customer segments with the objectives of driving new customer acquisition, retaining existing customers, and increasing awareness of the company.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate value of existing features and new releases of Wilson Allen’s software offerings to current and potential customers across digital media mix 
  • Create email campaigns to reach target personas for each line of business, at key junctures in their buying journeys  
  • Perform day-to-day content additions, edits, and maintenance on Wilson Allen’s web site 
  • Manage social media campaigns 

What you will need to be successful:  

  • A strong understanding of customer needs, pain points, Wilson Allen’s strategy, Wilson Allen’s products, target personas for each of Wilson Allen’s lines of business
  • Ability to produce and distribute aesthetically high-quality materials in email marketing, social media, and on company web site 
  • Teamwork orientation 
  • Ability to work independently while staying tightly connected to teammates in a distributed environment 
  • Strong organizational skills – able to develop timelines, break projects into milestones and interim deadlines, and deliver strong execution  
  • Ability to learn quickly and keep track of details  

Qualifications 

  • Experience working with marketing automation software platform(s) to run campaigns and distribute content 
  • Experience with Photoshop, Adobe, or other similar software
  • Proficient in WordPress 
  • 3-5 years proven experience in Digital Marketing 
  • Bachelor’s degree
