Norm leads on key business initiatives and M&A - identifying pathways for growth, evaluating acquisitions, and building strong partnerships.
Kaye has overall responsibility for go-to-market strategy, and leading our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
Justin leads the service delivery teams, working directly with each of the Practice Group leaders, and closely aligned with the go-to-market teams.
Curtis is Managing Director in our Technology Services division, with overall responsibility for the Intapp and Financial Systems practice groups.
Karen serves as our Chief Talent Officer, responsible for developing and executing the global HR strategy in support of business and financial goals.
Greg drives innovation - combining deep domain expertise and understanding of advanced tech to identify new customer solutions.
James heads up the Data Sciences practice group - experts working directly with customers to deliver innovative analytics and BI solutions.
Jessica manages our relationships with many of Wilson Allen's key customers, and works to align our expertise and resources to help meet their business goals.
Jennifer heads up the Finance Systems group, deploying specialist teams to deliver customers' most complex implementation and integration projects.
Paul heads up our Intapp practice group - a team of specialists that deliver experience-backed expertise and know-how in the Intapp suite of applications.
Stu leads our business and market development activities for the tech-enabled solutions and services of our Data Sciences practice.

How we got here
How we got here
Our story begins back in 1987 when our founder and CEO Bruce Wilson launched WILSON TECHNOLOGY, a custom legal software provider. In 2005, Wilson Technology was acquired by Elite – a division of Thomson Reuters, and key members of Wilson’s team then became responsible for Elite’s newly formed business intelligence group.
As the impact of the Great Recession of the late 2000’s reached the legal community, many law firms began downsizing internal resources, creating demand for external services. Bruce responded to this need and launched a new stand-alone business, WILSON LEGAL SOLUTIONS, in 2009.
In 2018, Wilson Legal Solutions merged with STANTON ALLEN, a UK-based CRM and business development data consultancy, and formed WILSON ALLEN. Further expansion followed with organic growth and the acquisition of specialist training consultancy, CAPENSYS, in 2020.
Today, WILSON ALLEN brings together many of the original team from Wilson Technology with talented new colleagues and rising stars within the legal and professional services technology community.
